Before your arrival

Soon before your arrival you will be contacted by email to require your arrival details and to indicate the name and telephone number of the person who will be waiting for you in the apartment. During the days leading up to your arrival, the apartment will be cleaned, the beds will be made and the bathroom will be provided with clean towels as to leave it in perfect condition for your stay.

Check in

A member of our reception staff will be waiting in the apartment upon your arrival at the scheduled time in order for you to sign the rules you must obey in the apartment, to provide you with the keys and to explain the working of the existing domestic appliances.

Our staff will be happy to assist you and to take notice of your possible further needs (supplementary cleaning services...).

On entering the apartment you will be requested to pay the pending amount of the rent as well as a security deposit of € 200, which will be returned upon your departure in case there are no pending charges for additional services or damages to the apartment. The deposit has to be effectuated in cash or providing the number of a valid credit card.

You will be able to enter the apartment from 3 pm until 10 pm, except if previous specification is given of the hour of arrival. A supplement of € 30 will be demanded if you wish to enter after 10 pm or on holidays or weekends.


During the full period of your stay in the apartment you will have a helpline at your disposal. This service will assist clients with any difficulties.

Check out

At the scheduled departure time, our reception staff will go to the apartment to pick up the keys. Once the apartment is checked, you will be returned the deposit if it was done in cash. Unless otherwise stated, the check out has to be done before 11 am.


Each apartment corresponds with a certain rate depending on its extent, location and amenities. The tariff will be established on the basis of your stay duration in days, weeks or months. The most favourable rate will be applied to the client. The price includes the lodging and the use of water, gas and electricity. The cost of additional services is not included.
